Paintings
Painting is how I relate to the world around me. Everything that I see and and that elicits a sensation compels me to relate to it. The most complete way for me to relate is through the act of painting. This is why everything that I see and therefore relate to I view as subjects and not objects.
Because of this I cannot stand “objective” paintings and do not like “objectifying” as process.
Everything is an interpersonal relationship and would much more interested in seeing “subjectified object” than observing the “objectified subject” as art.
